Make Pakoras\n\nIn a bowl, mix besan, onion, green chilies, salt, and red chili powder.\n\nAdd a little water to make a thick batter.\n\nHeat oil and deep fry small pakoras until golden brown. Keep them aside.\n\n2. Make Kadhi\n\nIn a bowl, whisk yogurt, besan, turmeric, salt, and water until smooth.\n\nPour this mixture into a pan and cook on medium heat.\n\nStir continuously until it starts boiling and becomes slightly thick.\n\n3. Add Pakoras\n\nAdd the fried pakoras to the kadhi and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.\n\n4.
