Let them crackle.\n\nAdd peanuts and fry for 1\u20132 minutes.\n\nAdd onion, green chilies, and curry leaves and cook until onions become soft.\n\nAdd potato pieces and cook for a few minutes.\n\nAdd turmeric powder and salt.\n\nNow add the soaked poha and mix gently.\n\nCook for 3\u20134 minutes on low heat.\n\nAdd lemon juice and coriander leaves for flavor.\n\nServing\n\nServe hot with tea and garnish with extra coriander and lemon.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Poha is a popular and quick Indian breakfast dish made from flattened rice, spices, and vegetables.
